Horizon Honors Campus Closed, Distance Learning Continues

Horizon Honors Closed Through End of 2019-2020 School YearArizona State Governor Doug Ducey and State Superintendent Kathy Hoffman have announced that all Arizona schools will now be closed until the end of the 2019-2020 school year. Distance learning for all Horizon Honors students will continue until the last day of school.

COMMUNICATIONS:

We understand how vital it is that our community members receive important school information. Please take a moment to make sure you are receiving our communications. We have sent updates via email, phone, and text over the last two weeks. Follow the instructions below if you believe you are not receiving communications. Please do NOT use the form linked below to confirm already correct contact information.


If you do not receive emails from Horizon Honors Schools (including weekly Friday eblasts):

  1. Before you do anything else, check your spam folder. If emails are found, please label all Horizon Honors emails as "not spam."
  2. If you cannot locate emails in the spam folder, please "whitelist" the email address news@horizonhonors.org. If you need instructions, please complete an internet search on how to whitelist email addresses for your specific email provider (google, cox, yahoo, hotmail, etc.)
  3. If you have completed both steps above and are still not seeing emails, please complete this form to update the email on file. You will receive an email when your email address has been updated.

If you did not receive automated phone calls about Horizon Honors Schools closures and other news:
Complete this form to update the phone number on file. You will receive an email when your phone number has been updated.


If you did not receive text messages about Horizon Honors Schools closures and other news:
Make sure you are signed up to receive messages from Horizon Honors (if you choose) by sending a text of  “YES” to 67587. Note that your mobile phone number must already be on file before you can sign up for text messages. It will take 24 hours for your text messaging confirmation to become active.

If you are also not receiving phone calls, you will need to update your phone number first by completing this form. You will receive an email when your phone number has been updated. After the update has been made you will need to wait 24 hours and then complete the text messaging sign up directions listed above.


If you are receiving phone calls, texts (if opted in) and emails:
